Great experience! Zach was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and options thoroughly and did not pressure me on which option I felt was best for me.Nick was awesome in explaining all that would be involved with the annual furnace check. He was personable, respectful and knowledgeable!

Fantastic job replacing furnace, a/c and hot water heater. Arrived on time and left everything nice and clean. Gary and all his coworkers were so nice and attentive to our questions. Highly recommend.

I called for service with a kitchen faucet with galvanized pipe in an old farmhouse. Brian was right on time and assessed the situation. Since this was not an emergency and the solution unpredictable, we together determined this was not a project to tackle before the holidays. I appreciated his honest assessment and advice. I will call Holt again in the future when the need arises.

We use Holt's monthly maintenance plan and love it! Their technicians are always on time and very thorough, while taking their time to answer any questions we may have. They are very good about offering alternatives and options for maintenance and care. Highly recommend!
