Great experience! Zach was professional and knowledgeable, explained the issue and options thoroughly and did not pressure me on which option I felt was best for me.Nick was awesome in explaining all that would be involved with the annual furnace check. I called for service with a kitchen faucet with galvanized pipe in an old farmhouse. Brian was right on time and assessed the situation. Since this was not an emergency and the solution unpredictable, we together determined this was not a project to tackle before the holidays. I appreciated his honest assessment and advice. I will call Holt again in the future when the need arises.
