I use them for routine maintenance for the furnace and a/c but needed a toilet replaced. They are very professional and do excellent work. I’ve had to replace a faucet previously and I find the work areas are always cleaned up. Very trustworthy company whether it is for plumbing, heating, or air conditioning.

Love these guys! I was referred to Holt by a friend when my AC went out 2 yrs ago…on a weekend of 100+ temps. The work was done on my rental property in metro Des Moines while I live halfway across the country in Georgia. Yet even over this great distance, you treated me as if I lived there in Iowa. The furnace passed away. You came out late at night to confirm this and left space heaters with the folks renting my house. Yes, even late in the evening you all did this. The work was done well, and I believe the money was well spent. I currently live two days drive away or one day flight away from Des Moines. Yet, I took care of this complete matter over the telephone. Complete with pictures of the final job. How about that?
